Ulagappan, Ph.D. Ulagappan did his studies in chemistry at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India and Anna University, India. Ulagappan is certified Sun Solaris 8 System administrator and SAS® certified Advanced Programmer. He was former post-doctoral from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Berkeley, CA, Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel and Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. To his credit, he has published over 17 papers and has over 250 scientific citations for his work.
