Ulagappan, Ph.D, former research scientist and currently professional software engineer, web programmer, data analyst, and data base adminsitrator. Ulagappan did his studies in chemistry at Indian Institute of Technology , Madras, India and College of Engineering, Anna University, India. Ulagappan is certified Sun Solaris 8 System administrator and SAS® certified Advanced Programmer. He was former post-doctoral from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Berkeley, CA, Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel and Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. To his credit, he has published over 17 reviewed papers and has over 250 scientific citations for his chemical research work.
